This annual event celebrates the best of the Texas restaurant industry as we thank our outgoing TRA president and TRAEF chairman; induct industry icons into the Hall of Honor and recognize Outstanding Restaurateurs from across the state.

Education on key operational issues and the opportunity for independent-minded restaurateurs to interact, and learn from experts and their peers.
Texas ProStart Invitational
High school culinary and restaurant management competition. Two regional competitions and the state finals running from January–April. TRA members can get involved by becoming a judge, partner, mentor, timer & more.
