I work for the state agency that requires the grease trap pumpers to manifest their loads.... We are considering going to a statewide manifest system for all liquid waste transporters (grease, grit and/or septage). However, before we raise the question, we want to know if this would be a problem for any of the restaurants? We are trying to create a means of easier tracking of loads and less illegal dumping.
