TV interviews. When those TV reporters call and say they want to interview you in two hours, where can you get basic information to use for talking points?

Managing a crisis. If your restaurant has a food safety crisis, you better be ready! Those reporters will eat you alive--no pun intended. Develope a basic plan of action (just in case you ever need it) and make sure your employees are aware of it.
