It seems that these boards aren't very active, but if anyone out there is interested in putting in his or her two cents, I'm listening.
I am in the early stages of planning for a new neighborhood restaurant in my area, and I'm looking for some guidance from you. What are the biggest pitfalls to guard against in the first year? What are the legal issues I need to worry about? From your experience, what are the expense traps I should watch for?
