As a Realtor I get requests from clients who what to sell their restaurant business and/or the real estate. Where can I send them to determine the Goodwill Value of their restaurant? Are there any industry standards to determine Goodwill Value? Are there any consulting companies that specialize in appraising existing restaurants? Is there a Market service for owners wishing to sale an existing restaurant? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
