As a attorney for several restaurants, I am sometimes asked what level of security is necessary to prevent liabilty for a third party crime. Texas law does not address how much security is enough and this is often a case-by-case consideration. As restaurant owners and operators across the state of Texas, I am interested in your opinions regarding the level of security necessary to prevent crime at your location(s).
