We are developing a 125 room Couryard by Marriott Hotel in College Station, Texas, on route SR 6 @ the Wood Creek Exit. On the site are 2 very excellent restaurant pads. We are asking seeking 2 quality restaurant groups to develop this location. If there is interest call:
