I had a health inspector tell me, that she prefers washed hands. When you come in contact with chicken slime you can detect that on bare hands and wash them, on gloves you cannot. People tend to do things with gloves such as handling money and not think about washing hands. And this health inspector caught a certain restaurant reusing gloves to save money, thus putting the public in greater harm, than washed hands. What about hair restraints? How often would they prevent contamination?
