My neighbor's kid worked in my restaurant last summer and really took a liking to it. He would like to become a chef, but his family can't afford school tuition. What kind of culinary arts scholarships are available out there?
There's a great listing of schools in the Campus2go -- all the accredited schools in the Southwest, their phone numbers and websites. Tell your neighbor's kid to contact those schools. There's money out there, but you have to ask for it.
