Hey Ray,

I'm also new to the business. I decided to learn the business by working in a restaurant for 3 months. I think if you really want to get into it, you have to at have worked in the business to get a good feel for it. That's just a suggestion. I know I'm more confident now that I've actually worked in the kitchen.
