You need to feature some vegetarian entrees/sandwiches, especially in Austin. We,in Beaumont have 3 veggie burgers(garden, black bean, and portobella) and one steamed veggie stuffed spud. Try something with grilled eggplant. As far as half orders on the menu, this could be a good high markup item, we do not put this on our menu, because it would bog down the line. Kitchen speed is extremely important, making half fried mushroom,half boudain balls, onion rings, etc. would slow our kitchen to a halt. But we have a button on our POS system, and will sell to the customer, but would not promote it, by menu it.
