The Southwest Foodservice Expo offers a full range of educational sessions covering a wide variety of topics and issues within the foodservice industry. These topics are presented In the following two formats:

" Single Speaker - (One Hour Long)
Features professional speakers specializing in topics that are applicable to the foodservice industry

" Panel Discussion Moderator - (One Hour Long)
Features recognized leaders in the foodservice industry as panelists

If you are interested in presenting or moderating a session at the 2004 Southwest Foodservice Expo, submit the following information for our review:

" Contact information
" Topics of expertise
" Titles of sessions that fit the categories listed above (10 Words or less)
" Detailed session descriptions (One page)
" Presenter background and qualifications (Bio)
" Honorarium - (Define your fees, travel requirements, etc.)
" References / Testimonials
" Photo - color head shot (4x6 or 5x7)
" Demo Tapes - if available
" Introduction - (we will use this to introduce you for your session)

All entries/proposals must be received in writing. Entries will be reviewed by the TRA Education Committee.  Deadline to submit entries/proposals is January 15, 2004 .
