Join us in Dallas for one, two or three days (June 22-24) to help celebrate the industry for which we work. We encourage you to be an active participant of the Expo and conduct corporate, franchisee or managers meeting at the Dallas Convention Center.

Benefits to Your Meeting Attendees
" Free attendance to the education program on the Show Floor. They'll have access to sessions focusing on technology, diversity, and operations.

" Free attendance to the Expo. We'll provide complimentary registrations to the Expo for all your meeting attendees. At the Expo, they will be able to see the latest new products and technology available, as well as be able to question suppliers on more efficient and cost-effective ways of running their business.

" Ability to network. They can share ideas and solutions to current problems with each other in your meeting or with other individuals attending the Expo's educational sessions.

Benefits for You
" Free Private Meeting Rooms at the Dallas Convention Center. Why pay for a space to meet? We'll provide space for you at no charge and set it up classroom, in rounds--however you like.

" Handling of Expo Badges. We'll take any hassle out of registering for the Expo for those attending your meeting. Once you send us a list of your attendees, we will send badges in advance to your office or to each individual at their home address or have them in the meeting room.

" Signage for meeting. We'll provide complimentary signage for your meeting.

" Listing in the Expo Directory. We'll include your company's name in the on-site program, letting everyone know that you are conducting a meeting in conjunction with the Expo.

" Transportation to the Expo. We'll provide no hassle transportation to the convention center. If your meeting attendees will be staying at one of our host hotels, they can ride our bus shuttles to the door of the convention center, directly in front of where the corporate meetings are being held.

Additional Options at Cost
" Food for your meeting. If you need breakfast or lunch, the in-house caterer will be able to meet your needs.

" Want to have one of the Expo speakers address your group? We'll work with you to get that speaker to address your group in a private session for a reasonable add on fee for their services.

" Hotel space. Need hotel rooms for your meeting attendees? We'll help work with you on a room block at one of our host hotels.
