GENERAL INFORMATION
The Southwest Foodservice Expo has negotiated discount expo rates at three Houston hotels. These hotels are conveniently located within walking distance of the Convention Center. HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Reservations must be made through the Expo Housing Bureau by May 28, 2004 to qualify for the discounted rates; however, the room block may sell out so we urge you to make your reservations early.

Reservations can also be made by submitting a housing form.  To have a housing form faxed to you, call Expo Housing Bureau at 800-395-2872 ext. 187 or 512-457-4100 ext. 187

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS & CONFIRMATIONS
Room assignments are made on a first-come / first-serve basis as received by the Expo Housing Bureau. Make your reservations early to ensure the best selection.

A confirmation of your reservation will be sent via your email address immediately upon completion of your reservation. If an email address is not provided, you must print the confirmation on your screen before exiting our web site. Your individual hotel will fax, call, or email a hotel confirmation.

Requests for hotel suites must be submitted directly to the Expo Housing Bureau.  Email us or call 800-395-2872 ext. 187.

DEPOSITS
A one night room and tax deposit is required at the time of reservation and will be processed upon arrival.

17% applicable tax is not included in daily room rate.

Additional charges for roll-always and crib requests may apply subject to individual hotel.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent directly to the Expo Housing Bureau up to three business days (72 hours) prior to arrival. Cancellations and refunds are subject to individual hotels and vary depending on hotel. Please check your hotel cancellation policy carefully.

The Hilton Americas Houston is the headquarters hotel for the Southwest Foodservice Expo. This 1,200 room hotel is Houston 's largest convention hotel featuring convenient sky bridges on two levels that connect to the George R. Brown Convention Center.
