This year's Culinary Showcase was a crowd pleaser featuring everything from seminars and culinary demonstrations to VIP luncheons and chef competitions.

Far East versus Far West Cook Off

Two sides of the world collided in front of a live audience as east met west on Sunday, June 22. The Texas Beef Council hosted a “Far East versus Far West” culinary competition featuring Tom Perini of Perini Ranch and Executive Chef Annie Wong of Liberty Noodles. The dueling chefs whipped-up delicious Texas beef dishes using the Flat Iron Steak and Shoulder Tender Steak. After the demonstration, specially invited guests were then treated to a sit down tasting.
