Award-Winning Culinary Demonstrations

Celebrity chefs were on hand at Expoís Culinary Theater and the GO TEXAN Oyster Island giving educational culinary demonstrations using beef, duck, and oysters. Over the three days of the Expo, attendees flocked to 20 demonstrations and tastings featuring renowned chefs from Texas, Louisiana, Arizona and New York.

Return appearances by Texas greats Chef David Garrido (pictured above) and Chef Grady Spears attracted fans seeking suggestions and autographed copies of their cookbooks.

Audiences watched and tasted culinary delights as chef experts like Jeff Blank of Hudsonís on the Bend created culinary masterpieces and gave them tips on how to prepare the dishes at home.
