Sunday Night Networking Party 9:00 p.m.
You’ll visit one of the hottest club venues in Dallas for a party you won’t soon forget! Dance the night away while experiencing some of the hottest new drinks and cocktail recipes, club special effects and a special line-up of entertainment. This party will also feature a DJ spin-off brought to you and produced by CMS, the world’s leading nightclub and restaurant music consultants.

All CANTINA / ClubTECH Expo Attendees are invited to attend. Complimentary shuttle bus transportation will be provided from both of the official CANTINA/Southwest Foodservice Hotels.

Monday Night Salute to the Industry Party 9:00 p.m.
Join your industry colleagues and friends as we salute the nightclub and bar industry. This party will also be the inaugural launch event for a great new industry resource. Stay tuned for more details and plan now to attend, you don’t want to miss this event.

Bartender & DJ Demonstration Stage
Check out the Bartender and DJ Demonstration Stage during the exhibit hours for great educational seminars and product demonstrations. Bartenders will hear from industry experts on the increasing customer service, flair bartending, up selling techniques, high volume free pour, and much more. DJs will have the opportunity to see some of the latest DJ equipment demonstrated throughout the show by leading DJs and equipment manufacturers.

Best Bar Rags Competition
It will happen this year, guaranteed! Registered CANTINA / ClubTECH attendees are invited to bring your best bar shirt to CANTINA and submit it for the Best Bar Rags Competition to see who sports the best bar rags in the Southwest. Submitted t-shirt entries will be on display during the show with the final judging and winners announced on Tuesday afternoon at the Bartender & DJ Demo Stage in the exhibit hall. There is no cost to enter and although you may lose your shirt – you could walk away with a portion of over $500 worth of cash and prizes.

Wine & Spirits Pavilion
Take advantage of several complimentary educational sessions offered in the Wine & Spirits Pavilion located in the CANTINA exhibit hall. Several sessions will focus on your wine program and increasing your wine sales. Other activities will include spirit tastings designed to provide you and your staff with product knowledge that will translate into the ability to up-sell your customers.

Grand Star Wine Competition & Awards
In conjunction with the 2005 Grand Wine Experience, the 2 nd Annual Grand Star Wine Competition will take place on Saturday, June 25 th with the winning wines showcased on Sunday, June 26 th. Be the first to taste these winning wines and evaluate for yourself to see if they should be a part of your establishments wine program. Over 50 medals will be awarded including the Grand Star – Best of Show Award. The Grand Wine Experience will take place on Sunday, June 26 th from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. and on Monday, June 27 th from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
