Welcome to the Texas Restaurant Association's new websites! Our goals in developing a new restaurantville.com for the association and swfoodexpo.com for the Southwest Foodservice Expo were to:
- Inform and educate the industry—position TRA as the go-to resource for the industry and promote the opportunities to be found at Expo
- Identify TRA—who we are and the value we bring to members and the industry at large
- Promote TRA products, online certification programs and Expo—building brand awareness
- Make the site simple and intuitive to navigate—as user-friendly as possible
The websites are organized to make it as easy as possible for visitors to find what they are looking for. So whether you are looking for something in a functional area like Association Resources, Restaurant Operations or Training & Certification, or you are looking for what we have to offer a particular audience such as restaurateurs or educators, you will be able to find the information you need.
All of our original features are here – Government Relations, Member Benefits, the Education Foundation and TRA Certified.
Plus, there are many new features you want to be sure to visit—Individual chapter pages, Key Issues and Latest News feeds, Best Practices—the new TRA blog, Restaurant Operations, and a fully functioning Events Calendar.
The website features member testimonials and images from member restaurants. We will continue to add content and features, so make sure you visit often. And be sure to sign in when you come to the website so you have access to members-only content and discounts on products!
