If you are an instructor at a Texas ProStart school the TRA Education Foundation and the NRA Education Foundation have complied useful forms, templates and documents to help you implement the Texas ProStart program in your classroom. These documents are also available in the most current print edition of the ProStart tool kit.

Student Work Experience Checklist Included in the activity book, this checklist can be utilized when working with industry and students.
Student Workplace Validation Form Used by Texas ProStart program coordinator, this form evaluates students' work experiences according to the requirements outlined by NRA Solutions. Students must satisfy these requirements in order to be eligible for the ProStart National Certificate of Achievement. The completed form must be signed by the state restaurant association ProStart program coordinator and submitted to NRA Solutions in order to release the students certificate.
