The Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation hosts two major events each year. The funds raised at these events support the work of the TRA Education Foundation and its mission to provide educational opportunities for restaurant careers in Texas.

TRA President’s Gala
Gala is held every year in conjunction with the Southwest Foodservice Expo. It is the event to celebrate the industry! Leaders from across the state gather to celebrate the past year and look toward the future.

Texas ProStart Golf Classic
This golf tournament is held in Austin in the spring. For the past two years, a sold-out field of over 144 industry leaders has spent a day on the beautiful course, networking with their peers and learning more about the Texas ProStart program.
