Southwest Foodservice Expo
The Southwest Foodservice Expo is the second largest tradeshow in the foodservice industry. Held each June, Expo is the place for finding new products and services, networking with fellow restaurateurs and gaining insights into industry trends and cutting-edge business practices.
Training & Certification
TRA Certified! is the home for all of the industry required certifications. We offer online alcohol seller/server certification and food handler training; online food manager certification and ServSafe classroom training.
Education
The TRA Education Foundation’s goal is to meet the educational needs of the foodservice industry. The Foundation focuses on providing the necessary resources to help restaurateurs confront educational and labor challenges with the latest innovations in education, technology, and training.
