About the Texas Restaurant Association
It is the mission of the Texas Restaurant Association to serve as the advocate in Texas and indispensable resource for the hospitality and foodservice industry.
Since 1937, the Texas Restaurant Association has existed to help our restaurant members increase sales, reduce expenses and improve profitability. Membership in the TRA is an investment in your business and in this industry. TRA brings all segments of the diverse restaurant and hospitality industry together. Every year the Texas Restaurant Association produces the TRA Marketplace, the largest foodservice show in the southwest. We support industry workforce development through our philanthropic foundation, the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
We advocate before national, state and local elected and regulatory officials, protecting and advancing the interests of the industry. Our Training & Certification programs will help you and your employees get on the right track.
When you join TRA as a restaurant member you also become a member of the National Restaurant Association and your local chapter, there are 33 of them, multiplying the value of your investment.
