Tips for Interacting Successfully with Customers

Presented by the Texas Restaurant Association and the Southwest Foodservice Expo and hosted by television food personality Sissy Biggers.
Blame it on the Food Network. Today's chefs are asked to do more than create outstanding meals. They are asked to be the public face of their restaurants. Whether the thought of public speaking fills you with dread, or you look forward to your next appearance in front of an audience, this training will give you the tools to build your confidence and refine your style.
The one hour general session will be informative, interactive and entertaining. After the general session, chefs will attend a live demo where the information presented with be put into action by Sissy and Chef Charles Clark of Ibiza in Houston and Chef Mark Schmidt of Cafe 909 in Marble Falls.
