Texans are passionate about their burgers and there is nothing better than a great burger off the grill. But burgers are moving beyond the traditional to the, dare we say it, more fancy! Creative chefs are bringing their skills and ideas to the humble burger and the results are fantastic!  Check out two of Texas’ up and coming chefs as they compete in the Southwest Foodservice Expo’s First Ever Burger Brawl!  Chef Josh Watkins, executive chef of the AT&T Conference Center at the University of Texas in Austin and Chef Dan Landsberg, chef at Tillman’s Roadhouse in Dallas will bring their best burgers to the Culinary Showcase.
