The ServSafe® food safety program provides high-quality food safety education and training materials for the restaurant and foodservice industry. Advancing food safety training for more than 25 years, the ServSafe® program is recognized and accepted by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety program.

If you have completed training and need to take the ServSafe® exam, the Texas Restaurant Association offers proctored exams in offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. TRA also partnered with Texas AgriLife Extension Services which offers proctored exams in other areas of the state.
