Culinary Summit – Houston, Texas
These 2 ½ day conferences feature culinary workshops for high school culinary arts teachers. The programs were developed to promote industry-based culinary arts to educators in an effort to reach new standards in high school foodservice education. Teachers receive hands-on training, information on the latest trends in the foodservice industry and the opportunity to network with industry professionals.
The events features demonstrations, hand on lab time and cutting-edge culinary techniques. The Culinary Educators Conference also features Beef University from the Texas Beef Council. Beef University is a new comprehensive, in-depth and customizable program designed to provide the latest beef product information to educators.
