2011 HEAT Conference ( Hospitality Educators Association of Texas) Register Today!

If you have not had the opportunity to attend a HEAT conference or be involved in HEAT (Hospitality Educators Association of Texas), you may be missing out on not only attending a great conference but networking with your fellow educators! Educators from across the state will meeting in Austin November 13 - 15 for networking, education and fun! Sessions this year will cover Culinology - The Science behind Cooking; Social Responsibility and the Hospitality Industry, Gluten Free and Heart Healthy Dining and more!!

In addition, the TRA Education Foundation (TRAEF) is offering Servsafe training in conjunction with the conference. If you need to be recertified or newly certified, this is the perfect platform to get your professional development credits and certified all in one. You can register for the entire course or you can just take the exam. There is additional cost for this certification.
