The TRAEF offers several educational and innovative programs to build pathways from schools to careers in the foodservice industry. These programs are available to school districts across the state.
Texas ProStart In an effort to raise the standard of teaching, we took the benefits of the national ProStart program and added a Texas twist. Texas ProStart provides schools with outstanding curriculum, promotes teacher excellence, student achievement and industry support, and assists school districts with state-of-the-art facilities.
ServSafe ServSafe is a nationally recognized food safety program developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, providing high-quality safety education and training for the restaurant and foodservice industry. 
Entrepreneur 101 The Entrepreneur 101 (E-101) program is a high school program that utilizes a school-based restaurant to teach students entrepreneurial skills. As part of the E-101 program, students will undertake responsibility as the owners and operators of this business with assistance from experienced business professionals and educators.
