  All restaurant employees that handle food need a grasp of basic sanitation. Accepted by all local jurisdictions requiring food handler safety certification. The ServSafe Food Handlers Texas Version has been designed to easily integrate food safety into any existing in-house training program. You (the manager) train, you sign the certificate for the employee trained, and the employee presents the certificate to the local health department to receive a food handler permit. The books are sold in bundles of 10, 30, or 50. Please note: Single books are not sold, only a designated trainer or manager is allowed to sign the certificate. It is not permissible for an individual to self train or sign their own certificate. Sections can be completed in approximately 10 minutes. Color-coded sections for easy reference.
